What can I expect during an energy healing and balancing session?

Your wellness journey is unique to you.  Accordingly, each energy session is unique to your body’s needs at that moment.  The body has a divine wisdom and knows what you need to heal.  I tap into that wisdom through a combination of clairsentience, claircognizance and kinesiology-based muscle testing.  I call it “where science meets woo-woo”!

I see, feel and test for energetic disturbances in your chakras, aura, meridians, organs, hormones, muscles, emotions, etc.  So depending on your needs at the time - we can do any number of corrections in a single session.  Whether in person or on zoom, our sessions are usually interactive; you and I work as a team to bring your body to balance.

What is a crystal light bed?

The Crystal Bed combines the power of Color Therapy and Crystal Healing. There are no side effects, however some may experience what is known as a healing reaction. The body is responding to the dramatic detoxification and purging effects of the therapy. Blocked and disrupted energy channels are being cleared even after the treatment has ended, which includes the release of toxins. Toxins are typically expelled through urine, sweat, and fecal matter. It is recommended to drink lots of water and rest following the treatment while your body is readjusting and shifting the bio-energy system.

A treatment session on the sound bed is a deeply healing and restorative experience. The vibration of the music is physically transmitted through the whole body. Because we are largely composed of water, the vibrations help every cell to relax, expand and unwind. As tissues (muscles, fascia, organs, glands, etc.) vibrate, and entrain to the tactile sounds being played through the body by the soundbed, they go from a tense, contracted state to an expanded, relaxed state that allows toxins to be released and more hydration to enter. What happens during an Angelic Healing session?

During the session, Kendra will call in four Archangels (Uriel, Michael, Raphael and Gabrielle) for your healing.  You may also ask for healing assistance from your own guides, angels, loved ones in spirit or source. 

Depending on your needs and your stated intentions, just about anything can happen.  Kendra often sees deep work on chakras and auras, mental and emotional balance and grounding.  She has also seen clients receive visits from Jesus, deceased family members and spirit guides. 

There are other angelic healing practitioners, but what makes your session unique is that Kendra uses her ability to feel and see energy to write down everything that is happening to you while it is happening.   Immediately following your healing, Kendra will ask you to relay what you saw, felt, heard, sensed, etc.  With your permission, she will record this for you so that you may always refer back to it after your recollection begins to fade (it happens to us all).  She will then read to you everything she wrote down during your session.  This will also be recorded for you.  The correlation between the two accounts never ceases to amaze Kendra, even after so many sessions!  Most people also receive messages from the angels or spirit that Kendra will also share.

A Reiki practitioner channels the universal life force energy ( Chi, Ki, Holy Spirit, Prana, Nagual, etc) through their crown chakra and out through their hand chakras.  Sometimes this can be directly to the client on the table, or it can even work over time (past, present or future) and distance.  The energy is strong, but gentle, and it can never be “forced” on an unwilling participant.   In fact, the client’s body will quite literally pull the healing energy from the practitioner.

Because this energy passes through the practitioner, it's very important to choose the right Reiki healer.  I take this work very seriously and am mindful of my mood, health, and nutrition intake before your session.  You will always get the very best of me in your session.  I am a Usui and Karuna Ki Reiki Master/Teacher, a Crystal Reiki Master and I also work on animals (animals LOVE energy healing).

You can choose an in person session or a distance session.   You may also be interested in having a special piece of jewelry, a sacred talisman or any other object infused with Reiki to support you in your sacred work, or just daily life.
