Grounding: The Physics and the Metaphysics (45 mins)

You’ve no doubt heard about grounding. Maybe you practice meditation or walk barefoot outside. An overwhelming majority of my clients and students just aren’t grounded, despite their best efforts. And not being grounded causes very physical symptoms… especially anxiety and pain.

In this class, I will teach you both the actual science and the meta-physics of grounding. I will teach you simple, powerful exercises to get you grounded once and for all. You will feel a difference physically and emotionally. The deeper you ground, the higher you can fly!

Energy testing is a way of asking your body if what you’re doing (or wish to do) is having a positive impact energetically. Your body never lies - it always knows what is good for you at any given time. You just have to know how to ask the question. 


Imagine being able to ask your body if a particular food is good for you, or if you need a certain supplement today - and actually getting an answer!

You will learn this simple, yet amazing method of interacting with your own body and to begin to build or strengthen your own intuitive gifts!

Energy Medicine Techniques for Better Health

Have you ever wondered why you often wake up at the same time in the middle of the night? That is your body communicating with you!

In this class you will learn about the nine energy systems of the body and an overview of how they work and how they affect you when they are not flowing properly.

  You will learn specific techniques to clear out stagnant energy, and get your energy moving again.

A restful yoga practice that holds yoga poses (asanas) for a longer duration.  Deep relaxation that is designed to cultivate energy, heal the body, slow the mind and generate awareness and peace.

Radiant Shine Yoga

Invigorating Afternoon Yoga

An invigorating class incorporating standing poses and lateral stretches to boost your energy for the remainder of the day.

Morning Opening Yoga

A gentle, slow flow to help you open your body and mind to receiving.  A short, guided meditation at the end to facilitate staying open to what this day has to offer you.  

Yoga Storytime

A fun, informational class exploring the story behind the yoga poses.  You can just learn the info, or try out the poses as you go along.
